Submit reports online

The Freedom Academy Family Portal is the primary submission system for all reports. Enrolled families log in with their family account to submit progress entries, quarterly reports, and year-end reports.

Quarterly progress reporting

Enrolled families submit a progress report each quarter through the Family Portal. These reports document your child’s academic activity and are reviewed by the administrator.

Annual year-end report

At the close of each school year, families submit a year-end annual report. This replaces the portfolio review required under Option 1. Freedom Academy reviews the report internally—you do not submit anything to the state or your local school district.

Year-end reports are submitted through the Family Portal.

High school diploma orders

Freedom Academy issues official transcripts and diplomas for graduating high school students. Diploma orders and transcript requests are submitted through the Family Portal.
